The Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Vancouver office. In this role you will gather, track and assign various tasks and deliverables for mechanical and multi-disciplined projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering, tracking, and assigning various tasks and deliverables for mechanical and multi-disciplined projects
- Preparation of project and client progress reporting
- Monitoring project expenditures, budgets, and reviewing invoices
- Coordination with various team leads and project managers to determine critical timelines
- Identifying scheduling issues in advance and working with the stakeholders to resolve.
- Preparation of schedules
- Support business development/marketing and proposal writing efforts
- Travel to work sites may be required periodically as needed
About You
- Education in one or more of the following: Mechanical Engineering Technology, Architectural/Engineering technology, or Construction Management
- One to five years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project or P6, is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Interest in project management and administrative project functions
- Experience in a multidisciplinary engineering environment is considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in building client and contractor relationships
- Willingness to travel within British Columbia as required
- Valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to undergo security clearance checks

The salary for this role is between $75,000.00-$95,000.00 annually.
